Boldly penned AMQS, signed and dated New York, 1894 by the Hungarian conductor very closely associated with Wagner, whom he assisted in making the first fair copy of The Ring and who was conductor of the New York Philharmonic from 1891 until his early death seven years later. Nicely matted with an original cabinet portrait photograph by Falk. Overall 21 x 29.5 cm.
