The front cover reads: Rondo Fugue Minuet Canon Sonata Theme & Variations." The record, labelled "Six Musical Forms," remains fine and unplayed, without scratches or cracks, in the original unmarked and intact sleeve attached to the back pastedown. In fine condition throughout.
