It might interest you to know that the medical faculty of the University of Berlin has appointed me Dr. med honoris causa; now I am happily a double honorary doctor, Dr. phil and Dr. med h.c. How are things going with you? Hopefully well? I am in the middle of the concert season; there is terribly, terribly much to do.
