The composer is shown in a pensive pose with legs wrapped around the back of a chair, looking off into the distance. The portrait is by Theobald Chartran, known as "T," one of the most famous of the outstanding caricaturists who published in the magazine. In excellent condition, 15 x 10.5 inches.
