A beautiful original 8 x 10 inch doubleweight photograph, in very fine condition and boldly signed by the popular Italian tenor of the 1930s-40s, a star at the Metropolitan Opera who was the leading "crossover artist" of the period. He appeared in several films, usually playing an Italian "type" such a singing gondolier. Dean Martin (born Dino Crocetti), apparently took his stage name of "Dino Martini" in hommage to the famous tenor.
