A scarce large original program from a 1906 Covent Garden performance of Wagner's "Tristan und Isolde." conducted by the legendary Austrian-Hungarian conductor who gave the first London performances of Die Meistersinger and Tristan und Isolde in 1882. The cast for the present performance included Burger, Knupfer, Wittich, Braun, Hupeden, Kirkby Lunn and Nietan. 35.5 x 31.5 cm. Light toning and minor nicks to margins, overall very good.
