Light creasing and handling wear to the paper container and lid, else very good. Provenance: given to Mary Admasian, former Director of Licensing & Brand Development for Ben & Jerry's 1996-1999.

Ben & Jerry's introduced Phish Food in 1997, a chocolate ice cream with marshmallow, caramel and fudge fish, created with the Vermont band, whose share of the proceeds went to environmental work in the Lake Champlain watershed through their Waterwheel Foundation. Following Cherry Garcia (1987), it was the second Ben & Jerry's flavor named for rock musicians, and it remains among the company's best sellers.

Fusing progressive rock, jazz, funk, bluegrass, a cappella, and psychedelic rock into complex, multi-part compositions, Phish was one of the most culturally significant and influential live-touring acts of the modern era, Rolling Stone naming them"the most important band of the '90s" for reshaping how live music and fan communities operate.  They built a massive, dedicated following and multi-million-dollar touring empire almost entirely through word-of-mouth, non-repeating live shows, and spontaneous improvisation rather than mainstream radio hits.
