Exceptional original Lipnitzki of Paris bust portrait photograph of the great violinist, boldly signed and inscribed to Miss Marion Andrews and dated Milwaukee, 1920. 6 1/4 x 9 inches; 16.2 x 22.5 cm. A touch of light silvering around the right side, overall one of the finest signed Heifetz photographs we've offered.
Marion Andrews (1879 - 1929) was the namesake of the long-running Marion Andrews Concert Bureau series in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
