After serving as director of the Moderna Museet in Stockholm (1957-1972), Hulten was a founding member and served as the first director of the Centre Pompidou (Paris's National Museum of Modern Art). One of the most important museum curators of the 20th century.Since then, he has continued to organize pioneering exhibitions around the world that are still talked about today.
