A lovely book with beautiful illustrations throughout, this copy well-protected in marbled library boards, Harvard College Library Ex-Libris and stamp to the first page of music. Some toning and foxing to interior pages, neatly stamped holes to inner page margins from original string binding, else fine throughout. From the library of the important American poet Frank Bidart, who received the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry, the Griffin Poetry Prize Lifetime Recognition Award, and the 2017 National Book Award for Poetry for his book Half-light: Collected Poems 1965–2016. His signature of ownership is on the preliminary binding page.
