Some toning to endpages and pastedowns, edges and corners somewhat worn, else very good.

Wildly entertaining murder mystery set in a burlesque theatre. After unsuccessful attempts at acting, the Canadian-born Lee achieved lasting fame as a burlesque dancer and striptease artist. Her autobiography Gypsy: A Memoir (1957) became the basis of the Broadway musical Gypsy: A Musical Fable two years later.
