(1940–2022) & Jones, Mair. (ca. 1930–2021). Signed Mozart Concert Program. Signed program of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society from two All-Mozart concerts on June 5 and 8, 1965. Signed by the American violinist, the dynamic Hungarian pianist, British conductor, and the other soloists, who were also British. 8.5 x 6.75 inches (21.6 x 17.2 cm). In fine condition. Menuhin and Fischer were the featured soloists of the two concerts (Violin Concerto No. 5, K. 219, and Piano Concerto No. 21, K. 467), but three more soloists took part: The violist Patrick Ireland joined Menuhin in the Sinfonia concertante (K. 364), and the flutist Atarah Ben-Tovim and the harpist Mair Jones, a regular member of the orchestra since 1955, performed the Concerto for flute and harp (K. 299).
