Signed photograph of the Soviet violinist and his piano accompanist Frida Bauer (1919–2016; did not sign), also from the Soviet Union, standing on what appears to be a British railway station and chatting with English orchestra manager John Charles.  Mounted and matted; inscription in Russian to lower margin of mat, "With cordial greeting from David Oistrakh."  Oblong format, 7.75 x 10 inches (20 x 25.6 cm).  In fine condition.
