Signed half-length portrait in profile, a promotional still by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer of the British actor, with a cigarette in his right hand, from the 1959 British film.  Inscribed to Paul McMahon.  10.25 x 8 inches (25.8 x 20.3 cm). The film, starring Guinness, Bette Davis and the French actress Nicole Maurey, was distributed by MGM in the U.S., where it was first released; the British release came later.  It is based on Daphne du Maurier's novel of the same name, published in 1957.
