AMQ by the Czech-American composer who has penned the first four measures of "Introduction and Fanfare," first movement of his Music for Prague (1968), notated on two staves as a piano reduction with instrumental cues.  Inscribed, "To Steve Juscik / in a souvenir / Ithaca / May 21, '79,"  though unsigned.  Sheet cut from 12-staff pad.  11 x 8.25 inches (28 x 20.8 cm).
