Signed leaf cut from program of a subscription concert of the Association philharmonique de Lyon, December 7, 1952, with French violinist Léon Zighera as soloist.  Inscription, "Toute ma sympathie / Léon Zighera," to recto.  Second, unidentified signature, dated December 7, 1952 (= date of the concert), to right margin; it is not the signature of conductors Jean Witkowski.  Note in in pencil in French  to foot, partly illegible, mentioning "R. Wagner" (probably the composer) and German writer Annette Kolb.  8.25 x 5.25 inches (21 x 13.4 cm).  Horizontal fold, browned, creases to outer corners; else in very good condition. Uncommon.
