The present program does not include biographies of either Menuhin or his orchestra.  The concert included Frank Martin's \u003ci style=\"\"\u003ePolyptique\u003c\/i\u003e, six \"pictures\" from the life of Jesus, written and dedicated to Menuhin two years earlier.
