[Concours international de musique, Geneva, 1909]. Postcards related to the Concours international de musique, held in Geneva in 1909. Three postcards.  Two of them are official advertisements for / commemorations of the competition, which was held from August 14 to 16, 1909, and feature attractive illustrations depicting Geneva, its lake and allegorical figures; one of the cards doubles as a ticket for a lottery.  A third card, identified as "unofficial," features a caricature of the event; interestingly, the artist's signature, "GTR," looks like the abbreviation of the signature of one of the official cards, "Gantner"; it is addressed to "Monsieur Albert [illegible] Perney (Ain[é])."  Slightly different formats, approximately 3.5 x 5.5 inches (9.3 x 14 cm).  In very good condition.

Together with a fourth postcard, with a photograph of the lobby of the theater in Geneva, with no stated connection to the competition but likely a site of associated performances.
