Berigan, Bunny. (1908–1942). Four photographs of the musician on stage. Three-quarter-length portraits of the trumpeter on stage with a supporting band in the background, all apparently taken at the same event and from a low angle. Two shots of the musician facing the audience (making announcements?) with the instrument in his hand; two shots of him performing.  10 x 8 inches (25.4 x 20.6 cm).  Corners slightly bumped; small holes from needles to upper corners (through the margin); else in fine condition.

Regarded as one of the greatest trumpet players in the history of jazz, he died at the age of 33 from complications resulting from cirrhosis of the liver.
