Gordon has signed and inscribed to Charles Drumheller, tenor and longtime rehearsal pianist at the Metropolitan and Chicago Lyric Opera. "To my dear 'Yom Kifur'[?] - / Maestro Charles Drumheller for his superb playing of 'Oh my maz-zel-tov' / Best wishes / 1923 / Jacques Gordon." The words "Oh my mazel tov" appear below three measures of music in 2/4 beside a cartoon portrait sketch.
