Benouville)" is printed beneath the portrait, which is after an original work by Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres.  Printed by Eames for the Gazette des Beaux-Arts ca. 1880.  Mild toning to edges and small loss to upper right corner; overall in fine condition.  6.75 x 10.25 inches (17 x 26 cm.).
