M. Lee\u003ci style=\"\"\u003e, Thermography\u003c\/i\u003e is one of Paik's final works, following a severe stroke in 1996 that left him with limited mobility. Paik's body of work is deeply embedded in a curiosity of human consciousness operating within a world subdued by media.  A number of his projects and ideas proved incendiary, with intent to incite existential discomfort and introspection in his audiences.
