This lively and humorous production, the last of the large-scale, star-studded Broadway musical revues, was a Broadway return for Comden \u0026amp; Green, following their successes in film at MGM, including \u003ci style=\"\"\u003eSingin' in the Rain\u003c\/i\u003e. The competition between Lahr and Gray during the production of \u003ci style=\"\"\u003eTwo on the Aisle\u003c\/i\u003e was notorious, each struggling to upstage the other.
