We include a signed statement from Jeff Goldberg, recalling: "In 1976, I conducted an extensive interview with John Cage over several sessions at his Bank Street apartment. I received this thank-you note from him after the interview was published in the Transatlantic Review, May 1976." Also included is a photocopy of the article.
