The signed page is page 6 of a Dutch concert program, ca. 1950's-1960's; the present bifolium includes pp. 5–8 and includes program notes in Dutch for Schubert's Symphony in C and Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto in B flat. Folding creases and some light wrinkling; overall fine. 5.25 x 9.5 inches (13.4 x 24 cm). Scarce.
