Signed photograph of the popular Spanish mezzo-soprano, made famous by her Rossini roles, who left more than 200 recordings but died in childbirth at the age of 40. Supervia is shown in an inset halftone bust portrait with her face upturned, and has signed on the mount below the image. Dated on the verso: February 22, 1934. Some toning to the edges but overall in fine condition. 3.5 x 5.5 inches (9 x 14 cm).
