Struggling to manage the demands of his job as the Dresden Kapellmeister with opera and instrumental commissions, he retreated to Hosterwitz, outside Dresden, during the summer, and finally completed several works he owed to the Berlin publisher Schlesinger, including the \u003ci style=\"\"\u003eRondo, \u003c\/i\u003eseveral other piano pieces and the \u003ci style=\"\"\u003eJubel-Cantate \u003c\/i\u003eand \u003ci style=\"\"\u003eJubel-Ouvertüre\u003c\/i\u003e.
