At the premiere, in a program largely repeated on the tour, the Concerto had appeared in a program of Ravel works exclusively, including \u003c\/font\u003eP\u003ci style=\"\"\u003eavane pour une infante défunte\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003cfont face=\"\" size=\"\" style=\"\" color=\"\"\u003e\u003ci style=\"\"\u003eBoléro\u003c\/i\u003e.
