A fine hand-colored signed postcard photograph of the Italian soprano, older sister of Luisa, wife of conductor Cleofonte Campanini, and successful in many roles in the United States. Dated Milan, December 1, 1904, the postcard is inscribed to the Argentinian collector Patricia Otaño (translated from the Italian): "With great pleasure I send you my signature, hoping soon to meet you personally. Eva Tetrazzini Campanini." Her elegant half-length profile portrait is beautifully hand-colored in pink, yellow, and green, with a facsimile signature at the left. On the verso, the postcard is addressed to the Argentinian collector Ramona Imaz Otaño (the first name has been changed, presumably from Patricia -- her sister?). In very fine condition. 3.5 x 5.5 inches (8.5 x 13.7 cm).
