In the somewhat difficult to decipher letter to a business associate, Guilbert mentions her upcoming performances at the Olympia and Folies Bergère in September, before chastising her correspondent about the terms of an agreement (translated from the French): \"Regarding the 'publicity'... it would have been \u003ci\u003emuch\u003c\/i\u003e more \u003ci\u003eelegantly\u003c\/i\u003e courteous not to remove that small correction, and to count on \u003ci\u003emy good nature\u003c\/i\u003e, which last year, despite your agreement, went otherwise.\" But, she goes, on, \"All that isn't so serious, and I am certain that you will do the publicity, [and] that your interests will make sure you will not make this season the worst of the year.\" Undated.\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e2 pp. of a bifolium with folds, one hole, but overall in fine condition. 7 x 9 inches (17.7 x 22.5 cm).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\"C'est entendu - je chanterai...Olympia , puis Folies Bergeres en Septembre.
