Autograph note including a 3-bar unpublished musical quotation in C Major with amusing text under the music "Au....... tographe, le voici" ("Au....tograph, here it is"). Signed, and dated Nieuport-Bains (close to Ostende in Belgium), 11 juillet (18)86. 10 x 12.5 cm. Laid down to a slightly larger sheet, very fine.
