Signed Charavet of Lyon CDV photograph of the great virtuoso violinist, Paganini's only pupil, who introduced Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in England in 1827 at age 12 and collaborated with Liszt and composed virtuoso arrangements of many works. 9.9 x 6 cm, signed in the lower margin to the writer Sixte Delorme: "A mon Ami S. Delorme / 2 Mars 1862 / Cllo. Sivori." Very slightly trimmed and with a few scattered marks, else fine. 6 x 10 cm.
