A rare manuscript from the great French musician - organist, timpanist, chorus master, conductor, author and teacher!\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv style=\"\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv style=\"\"\u003e\n\u003ci style=\"\"\u003eL'Art et le Peuple, \u003c\/i\u003eop. 39,\u003ci style=\"\"\u003e \u003c\/i\u003ewas originally set by D'Indy in 1894 for four-part male chorus a cappella, and then orchestrated in 1918. The text is taken from Victor Hugo's 1853 poem, which celebrates the power of art to bring together and free the peoples of the world.
