Neveu, Ginette. (1919 – 1949). Signed Program . Rare signed Lisbon recital program, 17 May, 1948, from the brilliant French violinist who died tragically at the age of 30 in a plane crash on her way to the US for a concert tour. Also signed by her brother, the pianist Jean Neveu (who perished with her), and thus particularly scarce. They performed works by Bach, Beethoven, Tartini-Kreisler, Ravel, Paganini and Szymanowski. Wrinkled, but otherwise fine.
