Founded in 1880, the "Philia" choir is one of the oldest choirs in Stuttgart. The present autograph manuscript, 4 pp, is contained in a very attractive hand-painted decorative folder, featuring an illustration of a keyboard, violin and an angel. The statute itself which includes such rules as "no member make make an offensive joke, but rather must always be in a good and happy mood and bring as much happiness as possible to the group," is signed by nine members at the conclusion.
