An Autograph Musical Quotation boldly penned and signed "Pablo Casals" on a card with a mounted clipped bust portrait, 14 x 9 cm. We and a number of concert cellists have been unable to identify the work quoted here and we can therefore say that is likely from an original work by the cellist himself. Very fine.An unsual AMQS from the great Spanish composer, conductor, and cellist, one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century, also well known as a humanitarian. (9531)
