The first published book by the great conductor, signed in the same year he took the NY Philharmonic to Europe and Soviet Russia, making him the first conductor from America to do so, post WWII. Inscribed on the front free endpage "For the Einises, My parents' dearest friends. Leonard Bernstein, 1959."
