"National Institue of Arts and Letters in Recognition of Distinguised Work in the Arts - JEROME KERN - was elected to membership at the annual meeting held in the city of New York --1945." With an elaborate gold seal, signed by the Secretary, Henry S. Canby and by the President, Arthur Train. In fine condition, contained in its original simple wood frame.
