Rare and desirable vintage doubleweight 8 x 10 inch portrait of Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara from Gone With the Wind, signed in blue ink near the lower left corner. Light corner and edge creases, mounting remnants on verso, otherwise fine condition.Leigh won two Best Actress Academy Awards for playing "southern belles": Scarlett O'Hara in "Gone with the Wind" (1939) and Blanche DuBois in the film version of "A Streetcar Named Desire" (1951), a role she had also played on stage in London's West End.
