AMQS from the Polish pianist, composer and statesman who was also prime minister and foreign minister of the Polish Republic (1919). 6 measures boldly written in ink, identified as being from his "Fant. Polon. op 19" and marked "Allegro molto vivace." Signed "I. J. Paderewski" and dated "Bristol - April the 1st, 1895." On an album page with a decorative border, mounting remnant at far left, slight show through from writing on verso, otherwise fine. Together with an 8 x 10 inch vintage portrait photograph. (7942)
