Signed postcard photograph of the great tenor in the role of Don José in Bizet's Carmen, boldly signed in black ink "Enrico Caruso." The first part of the signature slightly smudged, otherwise in fine and crisp condition.Caruso famously sang this role in San Francisco in 1906 on the eve of the great earthquake. (7903)
