Pair of original 8 x 10 inch 1967-8 press photographs of the violinist as he "examines the power system on his fully electric automobile. Having embarked on a one-man anti-smog campaign as a result of constantly looking out over the blanket of haze covering Los Angeles from his Beverly Hills home, Mr. Heifetz is now driving the first electric passenger car on the West Coast. Named 'Smoglo,' the car is powered by 12 normal car batteries and produces absolutely none of the smog that occasionally smothers the entire Los Angeles area."
