"Marionnettes" - Autograph Musical Manuscript

Autograph musical manuscript. 1 page, folio. In pencil, a busy working sketch from the beginning of this work, number 2 of the "Six chœurs pour voix de femmes et orchestre" (1931). 26 measures notated on systems of 4 lines for voices and piano on a page of 30 lines, "Pierrot, Guignol, Colombine," marked "Vif." Signed and inscribed in black ink in 1932, upper right, to the French musicologist, critic and violinist, Marc Pincherle (1888 - 1974).



An interesting manuscript from the influential French composer, pianist and critic.
