Interesting handwritten questionnaire filled out by Rolling Stones' bassist (1962 - 1992) Bill Wyman circa the mid 1960s. He mentions his favorite singers as Chuck Berry, John Lee Hooker, Jimmy Reed, James Brown and Jerry Lee Lewis and notes among his "Likes," in this order: "Poetry, Science Fiction, Cashew Nuts, Girls."
