Attractive and uncommon signed FDC from the beloved singer and actress. The envelope with an affixed portrait of Garland and stamps which in some way relate to three films by Garland ("Strike up the Band," "Babes in Arms," "A Star is Born") and to Garland's birthplace of Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
