Signed Program

Signed 1968 Boston Symphony Hall recital program from the beloved and legendary pianist, signed in blue ink on the page listing the program. In very fine condition, signed in the year before Horowitz withdrew from the concert stage, from 1969 - 1974.

The concert included works by Beethoven, Chopin, Scarlatti, Schumann and Rachmaninoff - a performance of his Opus 36 Sonata in B-Flat, played "in memory of this great artist on the twenty-fifth anniversary of his death, March 28, 1943." The program cover features an attractive photograph of the pianist. (5066)
