Original snapshot photograph of the young violinist in front of a monument in Lisbon. 9 x 12 cm. While he has dated the photograph 1964 in pen on the verso, this is undoubtedly from his 1954 tour, when he performed in Lisbon on December 27th before traveling to England for his Hallé debut.
