A scarce edition by the Amsterdam commission agent of the publisher Simrock. OCLC lists only one copy and none in the United States.



Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 21 in C Major, Op. 53, "Waldstein," is considered to be one of his greatest piano sonatas. Completed in the summer of 1804, it receives it's nickname from the composer's dedication to his patron and close friend, Count Ferdinand Ernst Gabriel von Waldstein of Vienna. (2943)
