In typescript: "I would be happy if you could attend the philharmonic concert next Tuesday, where Clifford Curzon will play, one of my students for whom I have an affection and who makes me proud." Autograph continuation: "I have wished to see you, to have you here, for such a long time.... At what time? With affection, Wanda." Clifford Curzon (1907-1982), British pianist, studied with Landowska for some time in the 1930s and credited her for teaching the importance of precision. 8 x 5.25 inches (20.5 x 13 cm).
