First. 4to.  160 pp.  Original dust jacket and hardcover with gray cloth.  Signed to half title by the then-married design team responsible for Princess Diana's wedding dress.  The pair have inscribed "To Paul / Best wishes / Elizabeth & David Emanuel / Boston 1987." in black felt tip.  Light wear to edges of dust jacket, overall in fine condition.
